Traverse City, MI – April 29, 2009 -- Critter Control, Inc, today announced a new economic stimulus plan for attracting new franchisees. In response to a troubled economy, the company has responded by rolling back initial franchise fees, and introducing a minimum up-front investment option.

Beginning this month, a Critter Control franchise opportunity will be made available for as little as $5,000 down. Any balance on the franchisee fee can be financed based on credit rating, or paid down over time at the franchisee’s own discretion. Critter Control is recognized as a "Veteran Friendly Franchisor," and is now offering 100% financing on the initial franchise fees and an equipment package for qualified veterans.

"We're proud to be able to offer a solid, proven franchise opportunity, along with a very low entry price in these troubled economic times. We recognize there are many people motivated to have a piece of the American dream, despite the economy,” said Kevin Clark, Critter Control's CEO. “We also recognize our retiring veterans as highly motivated and team inspired leaders who deserve an opportunity to be in business for themselves. They've served our country and we want to show our appreciation by making our franchise easily affordable to them, should Critter Control be the right opportunity for them."

Entrepreneur Magazine ranked Critter Control #1 in its category, as well as being ranked one of North America’s ‘Top Low Investment’ franchise opportunities. Critter Control is ranked as the 18th largest pest control firm in the U.S. in Pest Control Technology Magazine's Top 100, and #24 in the 2009 Franchise Business Review Annual Top 50 Ranking – recognizing Critter Control as the ‘best-of-the-best’ in the franchising industry. The company currently has more than 130 franchises in the United States and Canada.
