Critter Control Hosts 165 Attendees at its Annual Meeting
St. Louis, Mo - April 8, 2009 – Critter Control franchisees from the U.S. and Canada recently assembled in St. Louis for five days of training, presentations, award recognition and entertainment. The keynote “State of the Franchise” address by company founder and CEO Kevin Clark, illustrated how many Critter Control franchisees continue on a double-digit annual growth path as a result of a strong brand, training, specialized services and their enduring commitment to customer satisfaction, despite our present troubled North American economy.
During the company’s annual Awards Ceremony Banquet franchisees were recognized for their achievements. The top three annual award categories included:
2008 Most Improved Franchisees: Rex Helton, NE Indiana (up 400%); Tim Masters, Delaware (up 130%); Lucky Streich, Virginia Beach (up 116%); and Don Hudson, Dallas, TX (up 57%).
Top Market Ratings (by size):
A Market: Dr. Chris Christensen, Lexington, KY
B Market: Richard Swinney, Albuquerque, NM
C Market: Van Normand, Gulf Coast, AL
D Market: Gene & Beth Jezek, St. Louis, MO.
Franchisee of the Year Award nominees included Dr. Chris Christensen, Lexington, KY; Doug Hartman, Birmingham, AL; and Mike Faler Columbus, OH. Don Hudson, Dallas/Ft Worth, TX was the overall Franchise of the Year winner for 2008.
Critter Control also recognizes its MVP of the year. This valued award is bestowed upon the company’s “Most Valuable Professional” for their commitment and ongoing contributions to the Critter Control team as a whole. The winner of the MVP award for 2008 is Dr. George Rambo, Critter Control of Northern Virginia.
